I am going to start by saying that I don't think I have ever left a negative review. But I have never had an experience at a dentist before like this one. For the positives, they were very kind. I went in for a routine cleaning. I am prone to cavities and they found a few. I came back the next week to get 1/2 of my cavities filled. It took awhile, and after that my jaw started to ache and click in the morning. I chalked it up to just getting used to the fillings and residual inflammation, and took motrin. I went back again to fill more cavities and get a crown. I was incredibly uncomfortable throughout the 3 hours, and the last hour felt something digging into the tendon beneath my tongue, but attributed it to dental equipment in my mouth. At the end of the 3 hours, they took everything out, and I still felt something incredibly sharp in my mouth. I pointed it out, the dentist said that nothing was in my mouth, and the hygienist pointed out a sharp piece of plastic that had fallen into my mouth at some point during the visit, not seen by either one of them, and dug into the underside of my tongue for the last chunk of my visit. If you are getting a regular cleaning, WPDS is fine but I do not recommend using this office for any other dental services. I’ve gone for several routine cleanings out of location convenience and overlooked the odd bedside manner. However when I tried to have my permanent retainer re-bonded, the appointment took a very long time, was uncomfortable, and I had to ask 3-4 times for adjustments which seemed to be a burden. Despite that, within one week the permanent bonding fell off entirely. I was also overcharged for the service which was only fixed because I noticed the duplicative charge. When I contacted the office about the faulty work, Dr. Leslie never contacted me or tried to rectify the situation. In the very same week my fiancé had a chipped tooth repaired by them and it also completely fell off within a week, leaving it worse than before. He was seen by a different office and it took 1/4 of the time to repair and cost half as much out of pocket.

Dr. Leslie and her team are great! They took the time to correct and care for my dental needs and made sure I felt supported. They suggested and offered the best care ive received from a dentist in the area. Thanks for everything the last year! I know who to thank for my wonderful smile 😃

Discovered Dr. Leslie through Zocdoc because I was specifically looking for a dentist that took my insurance after moving to the city from out of state. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a very long time due to severe dental anxiety/trauma. The team here took incredible care of me and I recently had a very lengthy procedure including multiple fillings, a crown and a deep cleaning. Sarah and Dr. Leslie were very communicative with me about the procedures and what to expect before and after my appointment with sedation and continued to check on me during the appointment as well, telling me I was doing great (even though I was struggling haha) 10/10 recommend Dr. Leslie and her team!

I had such a great experience with Dr. Leslie Sanders and her assistant, Larrisha, especially throughout my Invisalign treatment. Dr. Sanders is incredibly knowledgeable and patient and always took the time to answer all of my questions. Larrisha was so kind, attentive, and made every visit feel comfortable and stress-free. Invisalign can feel overwhelming, but they made it such a smooth and positive experience. I'm beyond happy with my results and highly recommend them!
